Nobel laureate Wole Soyinka, has described the Big Brother reality TV show as nauseating, because he believes it promotes nudity and immoral activities. Well, this needs to be totally disregarded because the show is a life changing platform and it is also very educative.
Many people tend to only look at the negative side of the show, and totally disregard the positive side (which is even the bigger part of the show). The BBNaija show, has lifted many people from poverty, it has given many people a career (in some cases careers) and it has also given lots of people fame and recognition.
It is called a reality TV show for a reason and that's because people are meant to live their real lives, like they do behind closed doors, also the show is rated 18 years, because it is for adults. In other words, any viewer that is not comfortable with the activities that is carried out on the show, can equally stop watching it. The Nobel laureate is not the first famous personality to kick against the show, but then he also needs to understand that the positives from the show, is far greater than the negativity that has been painted around it.
