Akewe Terry Daniel who is professionally known by his stage name as Starboy Terri has revealed his relationship status and how he intends to spend his 2021 valentine's day.

The singer who started his music career while in Secondary School, (Junior Secondary School 2, based on Nigeria's segmentation of Secondary Education) revealed in a chat with CityBuzz that, his plan for this year's valentine's day is to hook up with a Ghanaian girl in Accra, as he's not currently in any relationship.

The artist said, “I don’t have a girlfriend, but I will be in Ghana on Valentine’s Day, so, I will find an Accra girl that will take me somewhere I have never been to in Ghana."

Terri said his new song and first for the year, "Come Around", is Valentine's gift to his fans. In his words, “I released my song, Come Around, today and it is my valentine's gift to my fans."

Terri said while in Secondary school and trying to pursue his musical ambition, he had to save his lunch money to pay for his N5,000 studio session.

Terri who featured on Wizkid’s 2018 hit song, Soco, alongside his other label mates, Spotless and Ceeza Milli, once said that Wizkid's habits are sources of inspiration to him. He described the Starboy Record Label Boss as his idol.

In Akewe's words, “From the beginning of Wizkid’s career till now he is my idol."
