Chinwetalu arrested: credit - Vanguard
While in the custody of the Nigerian Army, a video trended online where Chinwetalu defended himself against the Nigerian Army, saying that he was not wearing Biafra, IPOB, or ESN outfit; rather he was wearing a Risin Sun.
In this, Punch reported that the Actor was later released by the Nigerian Army and handed over to the DSS (Department of State Service).
Many May Start Flaunting The Outfit If He Is Not Prosecuted
Just a few days after his arrest, another trending video surfaced online where an old woman was also flaunting the same outfit in public. According to the video, the woman wore the Biafra outfit and sat in the middle of the road, causing traffic jams.

When the Nigerian Army approached her to leave the road for vehicles, the woman told them she is in her land and cannot leave her land; maintaining that it was the soldiers that suppose to leave instead of her.
You can watch the video HERE.
This was crazy as I wouldn't believe that an old woman could act in such a stubborn manner, without even minding the rule of law. Despite her annoying act, the Nigerian military still displayed professionalism towards the case, and I commend them on that.
After the incident, I began to think that she got the guts to wear a Biafra outfit to act very stupidly because Chinwetalu's case was handled friendly by the Nigerian Army. She got the guts to even distract the public because she saw that Chinwetalu had the opportunity to defend himself in Army Custody.

She had the guts to wear the outfit because Chinwetalu has not been Prosecuted or because she thought he would not be prosecuted.

If Chinwetalu should be properly Prosecuted, I believe it would deter everyone from wearing the outfit. But if his case is treated friendly, I think it may be a kind of go-ahead order given to people to start wearing the outfit.
The fact remains that the outfit is Biafra one, no one can deny it. No matter how people may try to paint it, whether a risen sun or a risen moon; it remains a Biafra outfit, there is no hidden fact about that.

Knowing that IPOB has been proscribed by the government, wearing their outfit simply shows that the person is a terrorist and as well fighting the Government.
