The charming daughter of Alaafin of Oyo Oba Lamidi Adeyemi 111, Princess Folashade Adeyemi has huged a new trade. She made her debut acting appearance in a yet to be released musical video tittled 'Omo Yoruba'.
Arewa, as Princess Folashade is popularly called, made this revelation through her Facebook page.
"I made my debut acting appearance as Cameo for 'Omo Yoruba' musical video shoot. Omo Yoruba is a melodious tunes laced with prayers, proverbs and progressive declarations for all sons and daughters of Yoruba land, home and abroad. Songs by Prince Adewale Laoye. Video shoot directed by ace Director, Tunde Oladimeji."
Princess Folashade, over the years, has been a great promoter of Yoruba culture and tradition. She is the CEO, Arewa House of Culture, an Art and Culture consulting firm. She is also the 'Yeye Asa' of Republic of Benin and 'Agbasaga' of Yoruba land.
She is a consultant to Alaafin on cultural events, and she has represented her father at many at culture-related occasions both within and outside Nigeria.
