Charles Okocha is lucky to be alive today. In 2015, Charles almost died. He was almost killed by a policeman who shot him.
See some photos below:
Charles shared his experience in an interview, he said.
He came out of a wedding venue and was exchanging pleasantries with some fans.
A guy saw him and drove to him, then the guy said he would be getting married in three days time. He was urging Charles to be at his wedding.
Then a policeman walked up to them and was hailing him, claiming to be a big fan. Charles said he was listening but later got tired and was stepping back.
Before he knew it, the police said he wanted to salute him, so he cocked his gun and fired into the air. Probably, the policeman was drunk. However, the rifle kept shooting.
Unfortunately, The guy who was getting married in 3 days was shot and died after some time. Charles also was shot but he survived.
It’s a miracle that he survived. It was by the grace of God. Five bullets pierced his abdomen and another one hit his leg but he survived.
See some of his photos below:
It's a miracle that Charles is still alive. We thank God for his life.
