Ooni of Ife is a title given to the traditional ruler of Ife and the current Ooni of Ife is identified as Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II and he has being the ruler of Ile-Ife since 2015. The current Ooni of Ife is a jovial and fair traditional ruler who is loved by many people.
The Ooni of Ife is currently trending on twitter after he was seen acting in a comedy video with a popular Nigerian comedian identified as Mr Macaroni.
In the video, the Ooni of Ife could be seen trying to pass a very important message about respect to Nigerian youths and he also added that Nigerian youths should kneel or prostrate while greeting others.
Many Nigerians on twitter praised the Ooni of Ife for sharing a positive message to the Nigerian youths while others criticized him for participating in the comedy video because they believe that it is below his societal status.
A Nigerian twitter user identified as @Agbeniprecious said "He embarrassed himself, how can a whole king participate in a comedy just to entertain Nigerians".
