We Planned Many Things We Were Going To Do Together-Patience Ozokwo Says As She Mourns Rachel Oniga

Veteran Nollywood actress, Patience Ozomwo has taken to her Instagram page to mourn the death of Rachel Oniga. The popular actress recently shared a video of herself weeping as she lamented over Oniga's death. Rachel Oniga died at age 64.

Captioned from what she posted, she wrote: My heart is broken.We planned so many things we were going to do together. Her last words to me "Don't forget me oooh" and I said never.Rachel Oniga was a Nigerian actress and movie producer who has featured in classic and successful movies such as Sango, Died Wretched, The Only Nigerian Girl, Doctor Bello, Owo Blow, and Royal Hotel Hibiscus which debated in Cinemas, February 2018. According to reports, she died from Covid-19 complications on Friday July 30, 2021.

The actress was reportedly slighted shooting film scenes in Mowe, Ogun State only a few days ago. She was born on 23 May, 1957 in Ebute Metta, Lagos State, but hails from Eku, Delta State, Nigeria.

Rachel Oniga began her acting career in 1993, she however became a household name after starring in the Yoruba classic family drama "Owo Blow". She was a talented Nollywood actress who knows how to interpret roles very well. Rachel Oniga was married and blessed with children. May her soul rest in peace.
