Nollywood news: Uti Nwachukwu, Larry Koldsweat, Rita Edochie, others on the set of a new movie

Today on Nollywood news/titbit, we are beaming our touch-light on this upcoming Nollywood movie titled "Obi's Clan" which parades much of your favourite and talented movie stars like reality star, Uti Nwachukwu, legendary Larry Koldsweat, Rita Edochie, Sambasa Nzeribe, Jazzy Okey, Fiona Garba, Esther Okorie, Evi Ernest Obi, and some others.

According to the movie director, movie director, Andy Amenechi, the movie is about the the daily struggles and hassles and humanity, practically about life in Nigeria. He equally said that the movie is something different from the usual stuffs being produced in the industry.

Fans of Nollywood have equally expressed their joy and happiness with the caliber of actors and actresses featured in the movie, especially with the return of veteran Nollywood actor, Larry Koldsweat whose acting talent and style is unmatched by anyone. He is among the crop of actors that took the the industry to such a lofty and enviable height through their great acting talent.

Aside Larry Koldsweat, the inclusion of Uti Nwachukwu, Rita Edochie and Sambasa Nzeribe seems to have excited the hearts of movie lovers so much, especially judging by their comments on social media. And the ROK Studios/Iroko TV movie is being shot in Imo State

"There are a lot of tough decisions to make when life's experiences become unpredictable. Obi's Clan, is such an amazing and relatable movie, it's coming Sambasa soldiers, you'll enjoy it," one of the casts in the movie, Sambasa Nzeribe captioned the photos he shared from the set of the upcoming movie.

One great thing about Nollywood is their ability to adapt easily to whatever situation the economy of the world or country presents, it doesn't stop the flow of their movie projects. This is another indication that the industry which has not gotten much Government attention and support is indeed an untapped gold mine. In spite the global economic crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Nollywood barely waited for the then lockdown to be lifted before their filmmakers and producers starts churning out as much movies as possible.
