Pop And Jazz Night: My Top 4 Performance For Tonight's Nigerian Idol.

It has been an incredible journey for all the contestants on Nigeria Idol so far with amazing and top-notch performance. However, it was the end for Emmanuel as he could not make it to the top 5 for this week.

Tonight's performance was exciting as each contestant was made to perform in two categories which are Pop and Jazz. As usual, it was a mind-blowing performance from the top 5 contestants as each of them proves that they deserve to be in my top 4 list.

Here are my top 4 performances for the Pop category.

1. Akunna

Taking my number one (1) spot is Akunna. she came through tonight by performing "Wrecking balls" by Miley Cyrus. She made the song her own. She is passionate and a go-getter. Her strong voice and powerful stage show need to be applauded. She has indeed stolen the heart of Mr. P of Psquare after picking her as the winner for this category.

2. Kingdom

The next person taking the next spot on my list as number two (2) is Kingdom. He is consistent in giving me goosebumps. His pop performance "Just The Way You Are" by Bruno Mars was incredible.

3. Francis

Every time I watch his performance I keep wondering how he switches his voice. His voice is unique and he does not fail to use it judiciously to his favor. He has taken my number three (3) spot after he performed "Too Good At Goodbyes" by Sam Smith.

4. Faith Mac

He is a talented singer but picks the number four (4) spot on my list tonight after performing "Some You Loved" by Capaldi.

Here are my top 4 performances for the Jazz category.

1. Kingdom

His performance "Feeling Good" by Nina Simone’ earned him all four judges standing on their feet. He is indeed one of the strongest vocalists on Nigeria Idol this season. Just like Seyi Shay said, I won't be surprised if he emerges the winner.

2. Akunna

My number two goes to Akunna after performing "I Put a Spell on You" by Nina Simone’

3. Francis

After a moment of tension and anxiety, Francis made it to the top 5 contestants for this week. However, his performance "Hello" by Lionel Richie earned him number 3 on my top 4 performance for tonight.

4. Faith Mac

He always takes a spot on my list as he picks number 4 after performing "I'd Rather Go Blind" by Etta James.

You can as well drop your top 4 for tonight's performance in the comment section below.

Thank you.
