It’s no new thing that our very own musician David Adeleke popularly known as “Davido” and “OBO” has been is out to support Nigerian artist. This was seen was seen when he signed sauce kid immediately he was released from prison and also Dammy Krane.
Just recently Popular Nigerian singer, Davido signed a new act, Akinmayokun Awodumila, alias May D, into his record label, Davido Worldwide Music (DMW).
The Mr.May D the popular ‘Ibadi’ singer came into the music scene while he was with Psquare in their Square Record
May D broke the exciting news via Twitter on Saturday as he posted pictures of the music label’s logos with the caption;
“My New Family, I’m So Excited! PROBLEM #DMW #30BG #CONFAMENT“
Davido’s music label boasts of other talented artistes such as Peruzzi Vibes, Mayorkun, Dremo and other individuals who are involved in behind the scenes activities of the label.
Signing may seem like a great shock to others since May D as been of the scene for quite some years now. But to me I am not surprised because DAVIDO has always been blessing lives. In fact he is a blessing to the music industry.
And to crown it all Davido and May D are already doing a song together
Congratulations to May D
