Former member of the defunct P-Square music duo Rudeboy released his Rudikillus album on the 4th of August 2021 with tracks such as Ayoyo, No Gimme Space, Nowhere to go, Broke Land, Focus amongst others, but while it is natural for musical artists to follow up an album release with a musical video to buttress the success of an album, Rudeboy who is one of Nigeria's most successful musician hasn't acted in that manner, while it is strange for him to act in such way, here are two reasons that might have prompted his decision to act so.
His divorce case with his wife: it is an open secret that his wife of 7 years Anita Okoye, whom they dated for 10 years filed for a divorce to separate from the singer which means he will be breaking a 17 years relationship, just few days after his album release, the singer who was fond of promoting each track from the album every day on Facebook immediately stopped to do so, as he was reported to be running helterskelter to try fix things, which means originally that his attention was divided and in a circumstance such as this he has to put a stop to his album promotion, much less try to shoot a musical video.
Creating the law of scarcity demand before supplying: it is a known fact that many musical artists like to hold on to creating a music video, so that the scarcity will lead to fans demanding before they can supply by coming through with a musical video, probably Rudeboy is playing this card and might release a visual to one of his work when he feels the demand is strong enough for him to do so.
In as much as Rudeboy is yet to release a track off his album, and no reason has been fully established by him, these are possible reasons why he hasn't done so, and will probably release a video to one of the songs in his album very soon.
