The actress who is mostly known for her role in Ilu Gangan(2009) reportedly started her acting career many years ago and she's starred in numerous movies ever since her debut. The versatile actress has taken up numerous movie role which has captured the heart of millions over the country. Though Bukky Lawal hasn't been seen quite often in the screen like in recent years, the actress is also known for her exceptional acting skills in movies like Omo Mapami, Leyin Olorun, Waheed Kolero (2017), Gbenakari (2018), Okun Ife (2019).

Bukky Lawal is one of the few Yoruba actresses who has been able to keep their personal life private and scandal-free. Nothing much could be said about her marital status but the beautiful actress has two (2) adorable daughters whom she is spending her quality time with.
