Popular Nigerian actor Ebun Oloyede (popularly known as Olaiya Igwe) has spoken concerning the recent rumours of his death while revealing some details about his acting career. The Nollywood actor recently made the video at a film set, and the video has since been obtained from BBC Yoruba.
You may recall Olaiya Igwe recently dispelled rumours of his death while revealing his battle with kidney issues. The Yoruba actor had stated that he had a surgical operation for a kidney stone related health issue. Olaiya is widely known for his roles in Nollywood movies, which has put smiles on the face of many Nigerians.
Speaking during the video, Olaiya said, "Congratulations, I recall my close shave with death that made many people think I was finally dead, God woke me up, and I landed in Ile Alayo. I am at my first acting job since I died and was resurrected. I thank everyone who mourned my death, and may I not repay you in the same coin."
