Tonto Dikeh, is one of the Nigerian Actress who never jokes with her health as she recently took to her Instagram page to tell the public that she has decided to live a long and healthy life for her son.
The Veteran Actress, Tonto Dikeh noted also that she is a 38-year-old woman with bad heart, and has engaged herself to gym house in other to relief herself from bad breathe and other complications.
Though she has not fully recovered, she also made it know that after several days of exercise at the gym house, she now feels better, but still feel pain all over her body.
"As part of birthday gift to myself, I have decided to live a long life by gifting me a membership to a gym. I am a 38 years old woman with bad heart. This is not fun, nor do I like it here, but it's my 3rd day and I can only say I breathe better, my pulse are open, my blood is pumping and I am all over pain, but I have a Goal. I have a dream to live a long and healthy life for my son"
