Meet Top 3 Nollywood Actresses Who Married Baby Daddies And Showing Their Step Kids Love

There is obviously more women than men and this highly reflects in the Nigerian Nollywood industry. As a result of the limited time a woman will be young and attractive plus other age-related complications like menopause and infertility at a certain age, a lot of Nollywood top actresses end up settling for second, third, fourth even seventh baby mama or wife.

We will be using this article to discuss some of these actresses in a bid to tell them well done for making lemonade after life threw lemons at them.

Annie Idibia

The number one on this list is Annie. Even though she was 2Baba’s number one girlfriend. She was right there from the beginning, from when 2Baba was a ‘nobody’. In the music video of the track that made 2baba what he is today, Annie featured as his main babe, “The African Queen”.

So, fame came and 2baba got entangled with many women who also became his baby mamas; Pero Adeniyi and Sumbo Ajaba now married to pastor Adeoye have 5 children for 2baba, 3 from Pero and 2 by Sumbo.

Annie was unshaken, she still stood by her man all through even though it took her a long time before she eventually had a baby for 2baba after a miscarriage, she carried on. Eventually, Annie welcomed her bundles of joy one after the other. Today, she is happily married to 2face and also taking his 2 sons from Pero named Nano and Zion as her own. I must confess I admire her magnanimity and true love towards these children.

Toyin (Aimakhu) Abraham

Beautiful Edo born actress Toyin Abraham is a famous Nollywood actress, movie director and producer. She started from the Yoruba in 2004 and in no time, she made her mark and became a household name. Her usual comic character and her powerful ways of interpreting her roles made her the toast of major producers and before you can spell T o y i n, she already crossed to the English sector and featuring in lead roles in major Nollywood blockbusters.

Toyin is greatly loved and her fan base; Toyintitans is unshakable. Her marriage to her colleague, Nollywood actor Adeniyi Johnson barely lasted for 2 years and ended in tears without any child linking them together.

God of love smiled on her and she met the now father of her son; Ire who she got impregnated by not long after they started dating

Before the pregnancy advanced, they went and formalized the union with an introduction low key . However, her new-husband, Kolawole Ajeyemi is also an actor and fashion designer. Their child is named Ire Ajewole.

Kolawole Ajeyemi has a teenage daughter from her previous entanglement with an unknown lady, Temitope Ajeyemi.

Temitope moved in with Toyin and her husband Kola after their marriage on Toyin’s invitation and from what we see on their social media pages, they are living in peace and harmony under one roof. Toyin is doing so well showing massive love to her stepdaughter.

Funke Akindele-Bello

If you were to start naming the top 5 actresses in Nollywood today, Funke’s name will likely top the list. The reason is, she has churned out many blockbusters and her Jenifa’s diary series is doing exceptionally well on TV. Funke is not just talented, she is gifted in scriptwriting and directing as well which makes her a full package. However, she has not been lucky in finding her own Adam.

Her first marriage to the top Oshodi contractor and politician, Kehinde Oloyede who was reportedly already married to 4 women ended up a disaster. Tales of domestic abuse et al trailed the relationship towards the tail end of the union.

Her second marriage was to former UK based rapper and music producer; JJC Skillz, with the real name Abdul Rasheed Bello of the defunct JJC squad.

They tied the knot in a private wedding in London in May 2016, and it’s been bliss for her ever since. God crowned her efforts and blessed her with the fruits of the womb through twin baby boys she allegedly had through surrogacy in December 2018 after years of trying fruitlessly.

However, Funke’s husband has fathered 3 children from 3 different women before he tied the knot with the talented actress.

Regardless, Funke Akindele is doing a good job with her stepchildren. According to insiders, she is treating them like they are her own and no discrimination whatsoever in the family

Tamira Bello is JJC Skillz’ firstborn; she is 23 years old and a graduate of Media and Communications (Television) from Birmingham City University, United Kingdom. Josiah Bello is an upcoming music artiste closely following the footprints of his father. Benito Bello is a 15-year-old and the second stepson. He is yet to be done with high school.

This lovely family has been spotted several times serving marriage goals to wanna be couples.
