After a long battle with ill health and recuperating, famous comic actor Babatunde ‘Baba Suwe’ Omidina has made a rebound and he’s back on movie sets.

The 62-year-old actor was hired to play a role in Yomi Fabiyi’s latest flick, ‘Oba Shomolu’.

2 Nigerian Men Convert To Islam

Two Nigerian Christians have converted to Islam in Libya. 

The conversion took place on Saturday, April 7 in Kilka town, about 150 kilometres south-west of the country's capital, Tripoli.

It would be recalled that two Nigerian women working as housemaids also converted to Islam last Wednesday, April 14.

The report, like the previous one, attracted varying comments on social media. One Iddrisu Fusheini greeted the news with delight.

Nigeria's Active COVID-19 Cases Increased By 39 - NCDC

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has said that the country’s COVID-19 active cases increased by 39, bringing the total number to 7,821.

The NCDC disclosed this on its official Twitter handle on Saturday.
