Bemigho Reno Omokri is a politician. Omokri was the host of Transformation with Reno Omokri, a Christian teaching TV show broadcast on San Francisco's KTLN and Detroit's Impact Network. He is the founder of a multimedia project, Build Up Nigeria, and has produced a series of short films in the U.S. Reno Omokri is one of the Nigerian activist who speaks out what he claims is the truth without regarding whether he will suffer the effects or not.
Reno Omokri whom is known for his presence on social media (Twitter) took to his official page to reveal what he claims is the reasons why Africans our poor today. He claims that Africa is poor because the so called successful men and women hid their knowledge making it impossible for others or the future generation to replicate their success.
Remember in time past, Africans made it an habits to be writing everything going on in their society (good and bad) in other to impact a bit of knowledge to the future generations. The likes of Chinua Achebe, Festus Iyayi, Chimamanda Ngozi and many others wrote on the plight of Africa and how they could correct them.
Reno Omokri alleged that Africans our failing today because they failed to follow their forefathers by writing. He claims that the successful men and woman hoard how they were able to make it in life so others wouldn't benefit as he urges Africans to return back in writing of books for others to read and get some knowledge from it.
