Remember that on Tuesday, October 5, Brymo said on Twitter that 2Face had accused him of sleeping with his wife Annie some time ago. He also accused the singer of orchestrating his assassination.
In a fresh step, 2Face's attorneys have written to Brymo, requesting an unequivocal public apology. If he does not apologize, a N1 billion defamation suit will be initiated against him, according to the letter.
“Our client and his family have been devastated by the frivolous and fraudulent charge. You have also caused a major loss of business by lowering his estimation in the eyes of his friends, business associates, and wilder members of the public," according to part of the letter.
Brymo was given 48 hours to apologize to 2Face Idibia and his family on all of his social media sites, according to the letter.
Brymo responded via his Twitter account, writing:
"I received this from Innocent Idibia's lawyers," according to the document. I'll advise them to take their case to court, as I've stated in all of my tweets... They aren't "nonsense... "
Brothers, your reign is finished; go home and establish a farm. We don't make music for here, and we don't form godfathers!"
Below is a copy of the letter:
