The Ibadan born fuji star who is also known as Paramount king of fuji started playing music in the 80s but his first album 'Introduction' brought him to limelight.
Obesere, who hails from Ajalaruru family, Ibadan, Oyo state was born in to the family of musician and since the release of his debut album, Obesere who is current Agbaakin Abobagunwa of Yoruba land remain one of the very top fuji singers in Nigeria.
To carve a niche for himself when he just started, Obesere introduced lewd songs popularly known as asakasa to his brand of music and he nicknamed himself as African Michael Jackson
Oorapala, as his fans also called him is a respected fuji singer with lot of honours both home and abroad. Oba Idan another name his teeming fans also called him is a fantastic actor who have featured in many home movies.
However, the very humble and amiable fuji singer is celebrating his birthday today and the handsome fuji singer has took to his Instagram page to celebrate himself. In his words, Ologbojo said 'Thank God for the gift of life'.
Many of his lovers across the globe have sent him congralatatory messages.
