Last year, Kemen who participated in big brother Naija season 2 , see gobe edition posted a screenshot of Big Brother Naija's rule book and it stated they don't allow homosexuals or homosexual activities in the house, though Jay Boogie isn't gay, we don't know if Cross Dressing is allowed.
Also, Big Brother Naija potential contestants are not allowed to announce their participation before the show starts so it's safe to assume Jay Boogie is just having fun with that post.
