After DJ Cuppy A level, she went to study Business and Economics at King’s College London and graduated in July 2014. Due to her passion for music, on completing her undergraduate studies, DJ Cuppy went for her masters degree in music at the New York University and graduated in 2015.
During her college years, Cuppy became known for her Dj skills and was sought after to perform at clubs and event places in London.
Cuppy lived in Ilupeju for six years before moving to Ikeja where she attended Grange School, Lagos, She then relocated to London for her GCSEs and A-Levels. 
Currently, Nina works as a designer, actress, and model. She started her own design project Nina Empire in hairstyles, and wigs. Her hobbies are acting, singing and modeling.
Meanwhile, Nina contested in 2015 for IMSU Most Beautiful Face. However, she lost the crown to Sandra Joseph.
