My Opinion: Changes usually occur in every living thing both plants and animals. There is every possibility for a baby to slightly change complexion while growing. I think the natural color of Regina's baby is now becoming obvious and not as a result of bleaching. Let's try out possible best to abstain from false news or rumors.
