Where is Olajumoke Orisaguna, the bread seller turned model?

The story of 'Jumoke The Bread Seller' is one that will not be forgotten in a hurry by many Nigerians. The beautiful lady born Olajumoke Orisaguna became famous in what seemed like a fairy tale story after she was captured in a photoshoot organized by TY Bello for singer, Tinnie Tempah.

‘Jumoke Oniburedi’ as she is popularly called became the talk of the town following her miraculous transformation from grass to grace. Even on the international scene, she became a topic of discourse. Her fortune took a leap after she started getting endorsement deals, modeling contracts, tours, and scholarships for herself.

Fortune smiled at her as she got a luxury flat fully furnished where she was to stay free of charge for a period of five years. Things were so smooth that she started a Vlog on Youtube titled “Olajumoke sauce” where she shared her life stories in her native language. There was public opinion that her lack of adequate education and inability to communicate fluently in the English language would hold her down, but she was able to run the show for a year before it stopped.

However, things took a different turn for the model after she started having issues with her baby daddy, Sunday Orisagunna. Sunday had said he was frustrated because it was becoming unbearing to live with the woman he had known for years. He maintained that Olajumoke became rude after she gained fame and fortune. Her once-promising modeling career also suffered some setbacks.

In recent times, there have been questions regarding Jumoke's whereabouts as she has simply vanished from the public space. The mother of two also abandoned all her social media handles. A quick check shows that she last updated them in 2019, except for her Facebook page which was updated in 2020.

In my opinion, her absence from the entertainment scene may not be far from the fact that she no longer makes the kind of money she was making as Nigerians typically do not waste time before moving on to the next big thing.
