A lady identified as Akinnuoye Temitope who shared this video on her Facebook page narrated her experience. The lady said when she ordered her ride in the morning, she was surprised to see her elderly man at her gate but she said she wasn't comfortable with his age but she had no choice. The lady explained that when their ride started, everything was peaceful and entertaining until they got to Anthony in Lagos state. She said they were stopped by VIO officers and since the roads were busy, it was difficult finding a good spot to park. She said he was talking to them while trying to park.
Temitope said while the elderly man was driving slowly, he told them he was an Uber Driver and he was on a ride. However, the VIO officers thought he was trying to run away and one of the officers slapped the Uber driver. She said she picked her phone to record what was happening almost immediately the officer slapped the driver. In the latter part of her post, the lady it was an injustice.
From the video, the lady challenged the VIO officer who slapped her Uber driver, asking him why he did it.
