1.  Niniola is Teni's Sister


Niniola Apata, the celebrated Nigerian female singer is Teni's elder sister and they seem to have a strong affinity for each other.

On a Sunday Scoop with Punch Newspaper, Niniola even disclosed that as a big sister, we talk daily as opposed to what some people think or feel for us and apart from music, we are blood sisters.

2.  Teni wrote Davido's hit song "Like Dat"


Twitter NG went wild with their savage tweets the moment she took to the micro blogging to reveal that she wrote Davido's hit song "Like Dat".

This happened in 2017 before she actually became a popular Nigerian female singer.

However, some Twitter users felt that it was not ideal for the female singer to announce what was meant to be kept as secret and some others also tried to cheapen her efforts.

But Teni was unbothered as she moved on despite being criticized by trolls.

In an interview segment with More Branches, Teniola revealed that she was once awarded a basketball scholarship.

In 2019, Teni and Niniola took to social media to pay tribute to their late father as they marked his 24th memorial service.

Their father, who was a retired brigadier-General under the Nigerian army was murdered on January 8, 1995.
