A few weeks ago, we all got news about how a certain Nigerian man in the northern part of the country got married to 2 women on the same day. The news brought him to the limelights and he had an interview with BBC Pidgin where he explained his reason for doing it. According to him, it was because he would enjoy double of whatever a man who marries one wife has and he also said that the Qur'an encourages a man to start with more than one woman if he has the money. A lot of people were not in agreement with the idea as they concluded that it is only possible for Muslims.
Turns out that we have another case just few days later and this time it is not a northerner. This is happening in Delta state, Nigeria and the man in question is an Isoko man. The Man's name is Samson Othuro Uloho and he is set to get married to one Faith Famous and Evelyn Ikpama. There Marriage ceremony is expected to take place later this month and news of it has raised a lot of Eye brows.
The news of the union was posted by Warri Aproko Special a few minutes ago on his Facebook page. He shared the news of the upcoming Marriage and hailed the Isoko tribe.
The truth is that things like that are not very common for people in that part of the country which is exactly why the news got reactions from many people. Below are some of them.
This proves that things like this are not only limited ot the northern part of the country. What are your thoughts on this news?.
