Wizkid, Davido, and Olamide have been the best artist in Nigeria over the years. They have served Nigerians and other parts of the world with good music. These artists have been consistent and they have been in the industry for about 10 years now.

After them, many artists has come and produced good sounds which show that they are capable of taking over these three. Today, I will share with you five artist that is likely to take over Wizkid, Olamide, and Davido as the best in Nigeria.

1. Omah Lay

Stanley Omah Didia, popularly known as Omah Lay is a Nigerian artist, songwriter, and producer. He was born in Port-Harcourt. Omaha Lay is a talented Afrofusion artist whose music is a blend of both AfribeT and Highlife music genre, being born into a music family no doubt gave the promising act more confidence in music.

2. Terri

Terry Daniel Akewe (born May 27, 1999), popularly known as Terri is one of the new artists in Nigeria who are steadily making waves in the Nigerian music industry. He hails from Edo state and was born in Ifako-Ijaye, Lagosdtate into the family of four, where he is the first child.

4. Fireboy DML

Adedamola Adefolahanz known professionally as Fireboy DML is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. He is signed to YBNL Nation, an independent record label founded by Nigerian rapper Olamide. His first debut studio album in the label was Laughter, Tears, and Goosebumps.

5. Joeboy

Joseph Akinfenwa Donus (born May 21, 1997), popularly known by his stage name Joeboy is a fast-rising Nigerian musician, singer, songwriter, and recording artist. His genre of music is that of Afripop and R&B. Mr. Eazi of the record label "empawa" discovered him in 2017 after watching an Instagram video of his cover to Ed Sheeran's "Shape Of You"
