As the old saying goes, “life is a bit, don't you ever rush it. And also, make hay while the sun shines”. The fact that no one owns his/her life makes it prime that we all live our lives here on earth as wise and not as unwise.
It is important that we live our lives on a daily basis knowing that we shall surely die one day, having this in mind will guide us in our everyday life and help us live and impactful life.
Death does not discrimination, its does not have eyes nor ears to see or hear you plea before he visits you. Both the young, old, rich, poor, black and white while surely die one day, it is a call of nature that we all must surely answer one day.
It is on this sad note that we announce the death of one of Nigeria's most prominent individual, who ha e contributed immensely towards the growth and development of the nation in her own way.
This eminent personality that died is known by the name Mrs. Grace Ifeoma Adichie (nee Odigwe), she is the mother of the renowned writer Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie,
Mrs. Grace Ifeoma was reported to have died suddenly on Monday, being March 1st, 2021 in Awka, Anambra State. At the age of 78 years old.
A family spokesperson confirmed her death, expressing how devastated the family was. However, Mrs. Grace is survived by by her six children: Ijeoma, Uchenna, Chuks, Okechukwu, Chimamanda and Kenechukwu; as well as nine grandchildren, in-laws and many relatives.
As at the time of filling this report, burial arrangements is yet to be announced.
It is our prayers that her soul and the souls of all the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in peace. Amen.
