Esther James Audu is a Nigerian actress. She was born March 22, 1982 in Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria. She graduated from the University of Jos, Plateau state where she obtained a BA in Business Management.

Esther developed her passion for acting while she was in secondary school, she was a member of drama and literally clubs where she participated in stage dramas. Esther featured in a lead movie role entitled: Ungodly Romance and Sins Of Rachael in Jos by AlexMouth, these movies helped in launching her career fully into Nollywood. Ever since she has joined the Nigerian movie industry she has feautured in several movies which includes Mistified, Dinner, Return Of The Ring and so on.

Esther Audu is married to her hearthrob Philip Ojire who is a video film director. The couple met each other and dated for quite some time before they finally tied the knot on July 30, 2016. The union is blessed with a son named Ojire Chevaughn Chiyeme.
