Meet The Yoruba Actors With Four Or More Children Working In The Movie Industry (Photos)

For some of us, going into the same career with our parents sounds like the worst idea. But what if you come from a famous acting family? Throughout the years, many yoruba actors have brought on their children to continue their legacy in the yoruba movie industry—and despite the overwhelming pressure these children are doing well and making their parents proud.

1. Adebayo Salami

Adebayo Salami, often known as Oga Bello, is one of the few living legends of Yourba cinema. Oga Bello has four children, Femi Adebayo, Sodiq Adebayo, Tope Adebayo, and Ridwan Adebayo, who are all successful in the Yoruba film industry.

Femi Adebayo

Adebayo Salami's most popular son is probably Femi Adebayo. He is an actor, a lawyer, and the owner of J-15 School of Performing Arts in Ibadan, Oyo State. Femi is married with a daughter and a set of twins whom he cherishes above everything else.

Sadiq Adebayo

Sadiq Adebayo is another son of Oga Bello who works in the film industry. He is an actor, but primarily a location manager. A location manager's job is to identify a site that visually represents the producer's concept. They work collaboratively with the producer, director, and set design department. Sodiq Adebayo is happily married.

Tope Adebayo

Tope Adebayo is a well-known movie director who has worked with a number of industry heavyweights.

Ridwan Adebayo

Ridwan Adebayo is a video editor and filmmaker. He edits movies for many of the industry's movie producers.

1. Jide Kososko

Jide Kososko is a name that needs no introduction. This talented actor is well-known and has established a solid reputation for himself. It is not an exaggeration to suggest that the history of the Yoruba film industry would be incomplete without the involvement of Jide Kososko.

In case you didn't know, five of Jide Kososko's children work in the film industry. Their names are Bidemi Kososko, Sola Kososko, Tunde Kososko, Temilade Kososko, and Muyiwa Kososko.

Bidemi Kososko

Bidemi Kososko is the most popular of Jide Kososko's daughters, with over 1.6 million Instagram followers. She is an award-winning actress and the CEO of a fashion brand. Bidemi is well-known not just for her acting abilities, but also for her fashion sense, which has earned her a popularity among women.

Sola Kososko

41-years-old Sola Kososko is an actress and director who has worked in Yoruba movie since 2000, appearing in series such as Super Story. She rose to prominence after starring in the 2008 film Láròdá òjò. She is happily married with children.

Tunde Kososko

Tunde Kososko is one of Jide Kososko's children who lives a private life. His father, on the other hand, stated in an interview that he works as a director. Iyalenu, Erekere, and Omo Ipaja are some of the films he has directed.

Temilade Kososko

Temilade is a beautiful actress and creative skit maker who is making a name for herself in the industry.

Ademuyiwa Kososko

Ademuyiwa Kososko, like his father, is a talented and versatile actor. He is considered as one of the rising talents in the Yoruba film industry.
