The Akwa Ibom State born actress was born on the 23rd of April, 1982 (38 years old). She feature mostly in English movies and has acted in over a hundred since her debut in the year 2000.

She is a graduate she completed her education at the University of Uyo.

Ini Edo was recently re-appointed by Akwa Ibom governor His Excellency Udom Emmanuel as a Special Assistant to the state Governor on Culture and Tourism. She is also a divorcee since 2014 and hasn't given birth.
