It was an emotional Friday for families, friends and colleagues as veteran Nollywood actress Rachael Oniga was been laid to rest in Lagos State, few weeks she died, precisely on the 30th of July 2021, following heart related issues.
Just yesterday Thursday, service of songs was rendered for the deceased at the Catholic Church of resurrection in Magodo Lagos State. In some videos and pictures from the burial ceremony circulating round the internet, a lying in state session was done for the late actress.
Another video shows pall bearers dancing round the deceased as they moved her from her apartment, to the church where a service was done for her, before she was finally taken to where she was laid to rest, and was all done in a respectful way, as her family members walked down with the coffin as they carry her pictures around paying her the last respect.
