The Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), was once the darling of millions of Nigerians. Just as people today are enamored with European football league matches, NTA Newscasters were once the most popular stars in the Nigerian Galaxy.
Missing the Network News then was like missing a match between Barcelona and Real Madrid in which Leo Messi scored three spectacular goals. The legendary Frank Olize, who is also known as Great Frank was one of the NTA's most seductive newscasters back then.
For those who are unfamiliar with Frank Olize, he was a broadcaster with the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) in the 1980s. On Sundays, the Delta State indigene was the anchor of the NTA Network News and the current affairs show News line.
He was responsible for the program's current popularity in the country. According to information, he has a knack of capturing his viewers' emotions, making them want to watch his show at any moment.
He was a lovely character who kept his audience riveted to their television sets, but he quit the Nigerian Television Authority, NTA, in 1990 and has yet to be found.
What do you think about this great man?
