Nigerian actor, Ik Ogbonna took to his Instagram page recently and congratulated his friend, Alexx Ekubo on his recent Doctorate Degree honour.
If you recall, Alexx was conferred a honorary degree in Arts and Culture by Institut Supérieur de Communication et de Geston (ISCG UNIVERSITY) in Republic of Benin.
The ceremony reportedly took place this past weekend.
IK seemed to be genuinely happy about his friend's latest recognition, he wrote in the IG post "His name is Chief Dr Alexx Ikenna Ekubo".
Both actors share a long history of friendship that keeps getting stronger by the day.
He shared photos of himself and Alexx at the event. They held up the awardee's framed certificate on stage as they smiled for a photo.
In another photo, IK was also seen walking closely behind Alexx.
It shows that he's standing with him, a much needed support Alexx needs, especially now he's fresh off a breakup with his fiancee. IK is a friend indeed.
