Osita clocks 39 years today. Looking at how far this young man has come, and where he is currently, you cannot help but acknowledge that life has indeed been fair to him. Right from when he made his entry into the Nigerian movie industry several years ago, to when he rose to fame in 2003 after starring with Chinedu Ikediezie in the hit comedy "Aki Na Ukwa", the actor has gone ahead to achieve so much for himself.

The actor who hails from Mbaitoli in Imo State is a graduate of Computer Science from Lagos State University. He is regarded as one of the most famous actors in Nigeria, and his contributions to Nigerian cinema have been rewarded with numerous awards and recognition, some of which includes - the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Africa Movie Academy Awards, and in 2011 the former president Goodluck Jonathan honoured him with a Member of the Order of the Federal Republic award (MFR).

Even though Osita Iheme is not one of those celebrities who loves flaunting his wealth on social media, he is one of the blessed actors in the industry, and his achievements speak for him. He is also not one who lavishes his money on luxury things just for social media clout, he has done well in channelling his wealth to the right course.

Some years ago, many people did not even know that the actor has a transportation business, and they came to know that when one of his vehicles was involved in an accident. But PawPaw, as he is popularly called, did not allow that unfortunate incident to deter him from still investing in other business.

A few years ago, PawPaw took everyone by surprise when he took to his Instagram page to announce that he has joined the league of hotel owners in the country.

In a post which he shared on Instagram, he uploaded the photos of the hotel and said that it seems impossible until it is done. He said the hotel was a dream come true. He then concluded by saying that as God has done it for him, the Almighty will also do it for those that believe.

The hotel which is located in Owerri, Imo State, is one of the beautiful sights in the city of Owerri. And those who have been privileged to visit the hotel have testified of how unique the hotel is. The hotel is called The Resident Hotel.

Apart from his posh hotel, several other things around him is a pointer to the fact that he is a blessed man. He has been to several countries too, and that is because he can afford to do so.

Even though Osita Iheme is not one who brags about cars on social media, several gossip platforms have written extensively about his predilection for cars. Even though many of his fans rarely see him behind the wheels, Legit.ng once reported that the actor prefers to employ the services of a professional driver.
