Recently, Daddy Freeze made a post about how bad a DSTV employee treated him after he made a call to their headquarters to make an inquiry about a problem he was having with their network.

According to daddy freeze,he said he is done using DSTV because he was talking with a Customer service agent and the agent hung up the call on him,he added that he recorded the call and he is ready to prove the it.Daddy Freeze also made it clear that there are other competitors of DSTV he can easily switch to.
This post reportedly caught the attention of a DSTV top official who made traced the call and sacked the service agent who allegedly hung up the call on the Instagram Celebrity.
Meanwhile,the media has reached out to the sacked service agent and he gave his shared his own aspect of what happened.
Here is what he reportedly said
According to the sacked service agent,he made it clear that he use to work for DSTV Africa as a call centre representative.He said that on that day the incident happened,Daddy freeze called in requested that his account should be reconnected to the Premium package he paid for.
Daddy freeze didn't know that the money for the premium package has increased from the former price which he already paid,so this Ex service agent told him to go and make a top up so that he can get reconnected.He also said that after daddy freeze heard that he would have to pay more,he started to rant on the phone and the call disconnected while he was still talking.
That action made Daddy Freeze conclude that the call representative dropped the call.
The call representative later narrated that he lost his job after his MD saw the post.

07-17 19:52:31The customer care man was stupid to have drop that call most of them are just too proud as if the company is their inheritance,such thing u talk to the client with soft voice even when he is ranting they are your customer and u are being paid from there so all this excuses he is coming up with is zero
