While some may know her first as superstar Davido’s sister, Sharon Ademefun (nee Adeleke) is a #MotherlandMogul in her own right. She is the brains behind Rona Wigs Studio, a business that makes hairpieces and extensions.
Sharon taught herself how to make wigs by watching YouTube videos.
She is extremely focused on her business, busting the myth that coming from a wealthy home means a woman doesn’t have to work.
Her business started When she had her first child, and was having alot of bed rest she needed to make hair one time and the usual girl she uses didn't come through so she hopped on to YouTube and self-taught herself into making wigs.
She started with making for herself only until friends and family noticed and the business grew from there.
Being the daughter from the wealthy Adeleke family and her brother a mega superstar, people were curious and they want to see Davido’s sister working.
So curiosity brought them to see her business first, which helps her in a way and also invites more customers to her.
She is married to Yomi Ademefun, MD/CEO Uxbridge Investment Company Ltd, an international commodities company that exports commodities from West Africa.
They got married in September 2013, in a beautiful ceremony in Miami, Florida. They have three lovely kids together, two boys and a girl.
Sharon is a hardworking lady who is married to a very supportive husband who covers her lapses with their kids when she's taken away with business and building her career around her wig making business.
