This gorgeous mansion was originally owned by American Producer Tyler Perry. It was in this mansion he filmed the famous movie "Diary Of a Mad Black Woman" in the year 2005.
In 2016, the mansion was the highest-priced home in the history of Atlanta, Tyler Perry sold the mansion to Televangelist David Turner for a whooping sum of N6,667,500,000.00. Turner turned it into a production studio for a web-based Christian TV Network.
The European-style villa sits on 17arces of land along with the Chattahoochee River. It has 11.5 bathrooms, movies theatre, personal theatre, tennis court, fully equipped gym, spa, kitchen, winery, very big infinity pool and so many more amenities too numerous to mention.
The house was later sold to Comedian Steve Harvey for the sum of N5,715,000,000, despite of the fall in price the property still remains the most expensive house in Atlanta city.
