You probably know what is means when someone says they are flexible. It usually means that they can bend or be bent easily without breaking. The joint in a human body is surrounded by synovial membrane and articular cartilage which cover cushion and nourish the joint and surfaces of it. Increasing muscular elasticity of the joint's range of mobility increases flexibility.
However, in the article, we will be talking about a young guy named Oyindamola Emmanuel popularly known as "Dflex".
Dflex has a rare talent which is the ability to bend or be bent easily without breaking. He has broken a Guinness world record for "most skips with one leg in 2017", with 142 skips within a minute, beating the former record of the lady with 35 skips in a minute. He is very good at what he does and has gotten a lot of appreciate from Nigerians.
