As workers were seen working within the spacious premises.
He showed his fans a barely completed kitchen, the master's bedroom, the suites, and the lovely view from the verandah overlooking the beautiful neighbourhood.
African China has come a long way in the music industry and paid his dues as an artist with a catalogue of hit songs under his belt like London Fever, No Condition is Permanent, If You Love Somebody, Sherelo, Jehovah Good Morning.
The 42-year-old singer had a humble beginning growing up in Orile Iganmu, a ghetto part of Lagos, Nigeria.
He was one of the pioneers of the Ajegunle dancehall genre; a genre that birthed the likes of Ajegunle-based musicians such as Oritse Femi and Marvellous Benjy.
It's heartwarming to see African China reaping the rewards of his legacy.
