It is usually very saddening when one hears the news that his or her favourite singer is dead for any reason whatsoever. This even gets more emotional when popular gospel artists lose their lives in what could be perceived as too early.

2. Preye Omayuku
Death of Preye Omayuku came as a shock to many of her fans all over Nigeria. She was such a nice and talented gospel singer, that was sadly snatched away from our hands by death.
3. Kefee Obareki Don Momoh
Kefee's death is the perfect explanation to the saying "Good people don't last on Earth" this is a very sad saying that perfectly explains the demise of this gospel artist. The most saddening reality is that we still miss her so much.
4. Fernandez Bishop
The day news came in that Bishop Fernandez had been crushed by a truck in Port Harcourt, many Nigerians were left in shock. Yes, he was a great singer that we will forever miss.
5. Eric Arubayi
Eric Arubayi is also on this list because he was such a talented and gifted singer that unfortunately got snatched away by death.
All the gospel artists mentioned in this article are greatly missed! If only RIP meant "Return If Possible" we will ask all them to come back already.
