Toke Makinwa set to join Yoruba Nollywood
Toke Makinwa is a popular Nigerian radio personality, television host, vlogger, lifestyle entrepreneur and author.
The popular AOP who has been known as a jack of many trades is ready to take up a new movie role in the Nollywood Yoruba movie industry as she confessed she can do a good job if given the opportunity.
She has made acting debut in a comedy movie, ‘Makate Must Sell' and appeared on Jenifa's diary in just a scene.
Makinwa has auditioned on her show, speaking in her native Yoruba language which she claims to love so much and enjoys the deep story lines in Yoruba films.
She says it’s a big dream of her to star in a Yoruba movie.
She therefore called on movie producers to cast her as a character, as she looks forward to becoming a big star in the Yoruba Nollywood industry.
