Giving birth is a great joy to all women. But like every other thing in this world, it leaves something behind for women, which is the belly fat. Women get extra weight when they are pregnant. And once they deliver, the extra weight added still remain for many unless they do work out. The reason why you will see a slim lady will get fat after giving birth to children.
Extra weight gain after childbirth might be OK for some women, but not for celebrities. Or for people that are into entertainment industry like Regina.
After Regina gave birth, it was expected that she will be overwight till maybe after three weeks of giving birth. But as a professional actress she is, she has already lost so much extra fat she got during pregnancy.
The fear of getting extra weight is what is making some western celebrities not to want to marry and give birth. But Regina has achieved both married and still being fit.
