Nigeria is a self righteous nation, any little issues or mistake can give you a bad record and reputation which could make you lose endorsement deals.
There has been lots of cases of celebrities losing their endorsement deals due to certain occurrences. Tiwas savage case has not been an exception. She recently declared that she was being blackmailed over an intimate video she made.
You would expect everyone to support her due to the early damage control, it turned out opposite. When the video got released she was criticized and lost her endorsement deals.
If I were in Tiwa's shoes I wouldn't have confessed on live radio that I had a copulation video and was being blackmailed over it. I would have ignored the blackmailer and the video and kept mute.
If the video had been released people would not be sure what to make of it, they will think it is someone else and with time the rouse will diminish. Tiwa's admission of the video did a disservice to her, as no one cares to know if the release was an act of blackmail or not.
I pray she will get through her ordeal at the moment and things will work out better for her
