Pixee Fox is a former electrician whose lifelong dream is to become a living cartoon due to her obsession with a Disney cartoon character. The model has traveled all over the world to find surgeons willing to perform the procedures she wants, including Korea, India, Dubai amongst other countries.
Pixee appeared on the sixth season of "Botched" where surgeons Terry Dublow, and Paul Nassif who have been crucial in her transformation decided against performing any more procedures on her as they believe she suffered from body dysmorphia, and is a plastic surgery addict.

Dr. Dubrow said, "I cannot believe how many operations Pixee has had in the last year. I have never seen anything like this in my entire career."
Despite the criticism from the doctors about her addiction, and looks, Pixee Fox insists she is proud of her look, and added that she never really felt human, but more like a pixie, a fantasy creature.

Pixee Fox has spent hundreds of thousands on her operations, and has undergone many risky surgeries. She traveled to India to change her eye colour which isn't performed in US, or Europe as it may cause eye blindness. She has removed her 6 ribs surgically, to give her a cartoon-like figure, and has risked paralyzing her face for the facial reconstructive surgery.

"I'm creating my own cartoon figure, I'm going to be my own superhero character that is being turned into a book series and hopefully films" she said.
