While people are struggling to pay for the next academic session to bag that university degree and become qualified for a good-paying job, people like Reginae Carter, the daughter of famous American rapper Lil Wayne have achieved a good number of things before the age of 23 and without having to go through the university.

She wasn't able to do it as at then because her mother told her to have her first child first but excited Reginae couldn't wait as she went under the knife on October 9, 2019, at age 21 thereby achieving her lifelong dream of getting breast implants.
Although her parent's status as high-profile celebrities may have contributed to her popularity and success, it is worthy to note that all that Reginae Carter has been able to achieve before the age of 23 is a result of her hard work as an influencer, actor in reality shows, rapper, singer, and model.
