This is a throwback picture of Fela Anikulapo Kuti and his son, Femi Kuti during a live performance.
Fela Anikulapo Kuti was a prominent artist who promoted and supported african culture in a very unique way. He was well known for his style of music and his use of word.
He is an instrumentalist, a music composer and the real pioneer of afro beat music.
There are many things about Fela Kuti that people of the 21st century do not know about. Fela was an icon who does things in his own way. He did some imaginary things during his lifetime that people of today's world do not have the confidence or moral to do.

One of the hilarious thing he also did was during a period in 1970 when he named his pet "Yakubu". But the funny part his that the pet was naked after General Yakubu Gowon.

Also in 1978, fela married about 27 women in a single day and took them to Ghana for honeymoon.
