Weeks after Tega and Boma exited the Big Brother Naija house and even went on to apologize for their acts in the house, many people still drag the both of them online, especially her. This led her to drop a message yesterday about the constant abuse she gets on online and later went on to deactivate her Instagram account.
Presently, she's no longer active on Instagram, and this led me into drafting out why the abuse on her should stop, no matter what she may have done.
She's realised her mistakes, apologized to the public, her husband and has moved on:
While many people thought her husband was going to send her away, the man understood the whole scenario and forgave his wife after she apologized. She also went on, in her apology, to state that she taught they were giving content without knowing that the reverse was the case.
Her mental health is at stake:
One may not really understand what it means to be bullied online until he or she experiences it. The psychological trauma is really nothing to write home about, because as you see it, the victim suffers great torture.
Many people, at some point in life, may have committed worse things than this, but because she's not a public figure, she's being dragged even after the show has ended. To err, they say, is human, while to forgive is divine.
