When Last did you use a N5 note?
Things you could buy with N5 back then
While we were growing, as children, the five naira note was prime. You could actually buy a “fortune” far back as the nineties buy a lot of food with meat with less than N1 .
I could recall while myself and my elder brother one day went to buy pop corn and groundnut with just about N2.
Even spent coins well. Omo 50kobo for school sef you no go finish am.
If your parents have you N5 back in the nineties to go to school . Omo you be Dangote pikin. Because na person salary.
But, you see now ehn. Wetin man no go see for market. Ordinary pure water sef na N10. To say that prices have skyrocketed is an understatement.
Enter the comment section and share what you could buy with N5 back in those days..
