Martial arts movies lovers who have been active since the early 90s till date must be familiar with Chinese-born Singaporean film actor Li Lianjie famously known as Jet Li. Lianjie has been involved in hundreds of Chinese and Hollywood movies since he made his debut in Shaolin Temple (1982).
The 58-year-old who was born in Beijing grew up practicing wushu and Kunfu, he infused his skills into movies which made him one of the most famous Asian actor.
His absence in movies has paved ways for young actors to take over movie scenes but the one time National champion in wushu is still remembered for his prowess in acting. Li has transformed a lot since he stopped acting due to some personal issues. Here's some of his recent and old pictures.
